used to only be able to lock my elbow while laying on my back and looking at the ceiling, but after i was doing muscle stimulation with a massager I can straighten my arm on command now

my goal is to get my hand moving by my 25th birthday august 20th

on 5/27 I had no control of my arm and now i have control of my upper arm
