In New York there are more middle eastern Chipotle-style fast casual franchises becoming popular than Indian. It’s Lebanese style food in particular.

Look up places like Naya, all the office workers would line blocks for their food.

Middle eastern food uses the same spices but isn’t intense and is more accessible than Indian food to the American Palate IMO

Maybe do some market research and look into the UK to see if they have any Pakistani/Indian fast casual restaurants that are popular. Way bigger market for that kind of food there.

Also Indian food is way harder to do well. I will never eat cheap or average Indian food.

I always think its strange when someone is named "____ the second". Like the parent put their kid in a real conundrum. Most people want to name their kid a unique name but someone in your position might feel pressure to continue the legacy your dad started by naming you after him

I don't really feel like it's pressure to continue the line. I see it as an option child's name that many people don't have. I also think it shows a strength of legacy.
