I truly think alien has been around way too long for its own good before the century even started, there’s sometimes steps in the right direction but the general overexposure to the creature and the need to explore every aspect of it ruined what made it or at least the concept of it scary

Writing is wonky in the last act of episode 2

If you’re wondering why the show looks as good as it does, it’s because they got arguably the best people in the business to work on it: WETA Workshop and WETA FX, the companies that did all the practical effects and CG for The Lord of the Rings trilogy, King Kong, Avatar, and other huge hits.
