thought they would reveal the head chick onboard the ship was the one sabotaging it which is why Morrow was so cold towards her in letting the xenomorph get her but nah he just a d\*\*\* lol
naw he was completely sick of all their stupidity lol. every human on that ship went against him and made the dumbest decisions, constantly furthering the downfall of the ship. man was fed up fr.
u gotta check out Fargo, also on hulu
yeah i just saw a post that he created(?) both that and legion. both fire shows, although i didnt get around to finishing either of em tbh lol. think i stopped fargo in season 3 somewhere. same for legion, or maybe 2.
one day i'll get around to finishing em tho.

He's technically human too but yeah I agree lol just thought it'd explain his reasoning a bit more I guess esp as it related to her since they showed that in the first episode and then came back to it
Kinda annoyed at some of the hate I’ve seen for this episode
“Every character is stupid and don’t know what they’re doing”
They’re literally just regular everyday people put in an extremely dangerous situation, making stupid decisions out of anxiety and fear. All these people remind me of people I’ve worked with before
I love how it’s always some Reddit nerd thinking they’d be the hero in these situations, Like brother you’d be the first to go
I dunno, I don't complain about that often, but here crew literally has some weird ADHD guy who talks like he is god knows on what, some perv who is also d***ged out of his mind lol, a total newbie who doesn't even know words, etc.
Maybe it all boils down to the fact that in future even for such missions they hire people from Craiglist as it is cheap and such missions are ordinary as hell?

Thought the Asian dude was supposed to be an android so yeah I was thrown off in last night's episode when he got smoked

Space exploration/travel isn’t some super smart high end thing in this universe, It’s literally just a dead end job
Go to walmart and look at the workers. Those the type of people doing this mission
How this lookin better than most movies
The sets yes, but the xeno and cgi in general it’s clear it’s tv budget
This last episode man oh my god
If there was any excuse to basically remake Alien, an episode of TV is it and it was FIRE
Last part of this episode just made me realize.
Noah Hawley x Cyberpunk would go so unbelievably hard.
Haven’t watched any movie except Prometheus i think. Can I still watch this show?

Yeah but I would watch two more of them. Between
Alien
Aliens
Romulus

Alien and Aliens and you should be good.
This show is so beautifully recreating that world and feel. This episode blew me away. Peak sci fi.

no
honestly a xenomorph getting beat out on foot by multiple averagely athletic humans is beyond suspension of disbelief there’s my one real criticism of this show they nerf it to preserve the plot then have it kill 4 people in 3 seconds in the next scene

this whole thread is a pretty good explanation of why he is how he is
wonder what the eyes motivate is. I think it's just trying to get back home
It gives me the thing vibes, who also wanted to fly off earth and likely back home (to prepare for invasion)
5 of 8 episodes already.
Yeah, this s*** ain't doin' nun for me...
It's cool that people are enjoying the show, and yeah, the sets look good, the atmosphere is there, and the actor playing Morrow is actually pretty great. But bruh, the writing is absolute dogwater.
Xenomorph so fast I honest to god don’t know how anyone could possibly outrun it
I’ve quite enjoyed this so far . The dialogue can be really cheesy but the set pieces and VFX has been movie quality stuff . I really hope they end up making a sequel to Romulus I loved the characters in that .
how did this crew capture these life forms. maybe the people who were still sleeping did that lol
