You use the lies the media gives you to create your own art you show it in small rooms playing multiple characters using your imagination or limited props

that art is purchased by billionaires coopting it they make their own changes to it . they add high production value more spectacle getting a larger audience . They need to recoup budget. make you laugh more. make you cry more.

you purchase the coopted art in larger venues 25 years after its a cult classic after its in small rooms its not entirely like the original changes have been made because they saw the power of the original

one thing I can guarantee is a joke about the movie

Halfway thru I turned to my bf and we both came to the realization this was one of the best movies we’d seen this year so far

I wholeheartedly cannot fathom how some people could walk away seeing it as the worst movie of the year.

Could've sworn Birdman was beloved

same thing with Kurosawa and how some people try to ding his work because it's not "Japanese" enough (whatever that means)
