    big names should do what Hayao Miyazaki did for The Boy and the Heron in Japan and only release a single poster with no trailers

    That'd be cool with me since I go by critic buzz anyway but when you have big money on the line, it's just not realistic.

    when he was riding high from top gun maverick and promoting the next mission impossibles, i remember he floated the idea of doing a golden age style big hollywood musical and i thought it would've kicked ass. imagine him taking that demented, committed, sweeping production, tom cruise stunt performer, insane budget style he did with kosinki, bruckheimer and mcquarrie but on a giant musical i want this!

    maybe him and damien chazelle can get to cooking that when digger flops
