Short breakdown of Vino's eras:
2012-14 fka Apollo Knox, mostly boom bap w slight experiments.
2015-16: beginning of more recognisable sound, joined Mach-Hommy + first collab album w Nack
2017-18: Prime of both Divino & Nack, both Dump gawd albums & Monumentality and Constant collabs with Nack. His flow sped up too but was still reminiscent of Big Pun.
last 2018-early 2020: Manic vocals + the 'hardest' beats of career eg King Midas & cryptex. The speed drops but his lyrics get better.
2020: Pushing the boundaries of Drumless to the next level with insane chopping and super aggressive vocals eg Facemelt 1 & 2
2021: Victory lap year, lots of fan service projects like secrets, 2 nights in marrakesh, Hamerrabi & prod for more artists.
2022: Divino slump. No real innovation in vocals. Very minimal effort in the projects from this time (apart from nack collabs), he's admitted he thought he fell off around this time lol.
2023: Somewhat of a return, vocals are super weird this year but self phone was his best solo project in a while, he nearly ruined it by not mixing sheet music 1 but fixed it and the album is actually really good.
2024: Proper return to form. Back to more raspy vocals. Firewater & Have a bad day back to back. creation of Duze trey.
mid 2024 - Now: Deep voice Divino, his vocal style has completely changed and is somewhat similar to 2019 vocals, also more funk style beats this year
I made this because I noticed Divino doesn't actually have his own thread on this website.
alright
What's his best album? I haven't heard everything but Id say Divino Edition 1 is quite easily his best for me, I really like the beats on it and all the features are really good.

divino edition 1 is probably my favorite solo stuff he has but I'm think at least a few of his nack collabs are better
abrakadabra alakazam
triple black diamonds
akiraonacid

I do like Nack but something about they’re collab albums don’t really click with me except abracadabra, I really like his collab with sadhu gold tho
I’ve been meaning to listen to starker what should I start with?
all the stuff on streaming is cool
if you can get your hands on secrets thats my personal favorite

Secrets and SACRED are the only two that really hit imo. Obtain those
You’re just lying to yourself if you think he’s a wsg clone, they both come from the wu-tang school of rapping but Divino took it in a much more experimental route and also seemed to be very inspired by Big Pun in his flow.
If you heard a new Divino project you wouldn’t say he’s a clone of WSG
Not really you just kinda stopped responding and clearly you don’t know Divino very well so I thought I’d explain him so you have a better understanding
