Even before Netanyahu, the open air prison-state of Palestine existed. Since 1948, Palestinians have been forcibly removed from their land, slaughtered and treated like criminals.

Being anti-Netanyahu and pro-Israel means you just want to go back to the status quo, when all of this was happening behind the World’s backs.

Alchemist just seems very ignorant. You can’t be pro-Palestinian while supporting a country that has anti-Palestinian values deeply embedded into their culture.

The aim should be for a genuinely democratic state that has Jews, Muslims, Christians and others living side by side. This was the case many years ago. Giving Jews a “state” was an absolute terrible idea in hindsight on behalf of the West. What they are doing now (ie allowing ukranian refugees into their countries) is a better move. I guess the world was a lot more racist then.

Although you could argue the world is still racist, but has moved on to being racist against Muslims and people in poor countrirs, like Sudan.
