this was a good listen, listened 2 times

i was thinking 2 myself man this reminds me an awful lot of tame impala & boom! come 2 find out kevin parker produced it, it all began 2 make sense why i loved it (i’m a basic white b**** when it comes 2 him)

such a haunting yet beautiful song.. wonder what inspired such a thing.. i often think about weird s*** like this.. like what if i’m on a walk listening 2 a song & i get shot & 4 some wild reason my phone pauses the song & every1 knows the last song i was listening 2 while i died.. weird s*** like that, i love it

my fav song on this album is definitely be proud of ur kids

Reading this made me smile and feel like I accomplished what I wanted with this album exchange. 🥰 I’m very sick right now and can barely move but at least my fingers work lol I had a feeling you’d tap deep into the songwriting and lyrics. I’m a production focused listener, so it’s wonderful to see things from your angle. I will get to the used but right now I’m hoping to recover from this flu. I’ll post my thoughts and tag you, beloved.

@Bruises Just listened to YOU WILL NOT SURVIVE. I guess I was just not feeling it, not feeling the energy.. Never really fw the harsh shouting emo angsty type of thing (screamoesque??).. Thank u for recommendation

I gave In Love and Death a listen and although it was cringe in places I enjoyed it. It took me back to a simpler time when were angst filled teens trying to figure everything out. They were talking about some sad s*** but the music felt upbeat. Oddly, this was a feel good album for me. It was also more versatile than I expected from a Emo album. There were even ska-like songs and Pop-Punk moments. 7/10
