The earliest I can see this is probably Fall 2021 considering the Canadian & American government want 70% of their population vaccinated by then. Even at that rate, it'll take time to ease people back into normality so I wouldn't be surprised if he rides this into Spring 2022. That is obviously if it's being delayed due to the pandemic and not other variables out of his control that have been previously mentioned.
