in some forms of psychotherapy, they consider Jealousy/Envy to be divided into 4 stages, the worst of which is called "Medea", which is named after the greek goddess Medea. It's a multi-meaning line, because it references this in terms of envy, but also "Media" as in like press/social media/celebrity. You could also go further and talk about a Medea Complex which is a psychological complex when someone's mother develops hatred and resentment toward their son...
