SlymemanI remember the first time I played NWTS.
I wasn’t super sure about it and I had a weird feeling like it wasn’t totally clicking.
Now it’s my favorite Drake album.
Idk if this will hit NWTS levels but my feelings of uncertainty at first are similar. Definitely some amazing music on this.
I found NWTS to be a step up from Take Care immediately despite not being into the whole Started From The Bottom thing.
Album is probably his most concise, his singing sort of reached the peak that it sits at now on that album, and almost every idea was interesting without dragging on into one long swan song like the back half of Take Care kind of did.
