The (more optimistic) alternative is that he's using his own loosies and features on other peoples' tracks to drum up all the hype without releasing any material from the album. This especially makes sense if it's a shorter album. Then it gets released all together and singles are chosen based on what naturally becomes the most popular after the fact. But obviously idk, it could go either way......

that would be amazing. hopefully that’s the case. but at the same time I kind of want the full rollout with singles. so either way lol, I don’t mind waiting for the album drake keeps us fed
