Y’all can’t be like “Drake the biggest artist right now in the world, look at his sales, look at this, look at that” and then be insecure all the time when it comes to Kendrick or Kanye or anybody trying to “take away Drake’s hype”

People bringing up acclaim like Drake has ever been this massive critic darling. Kanye has been that and so has Kendrick but that was never Drake. His best received projects have gotten favorable reviews at best but none of that has stopped him from becoming the generational force he is. While the metacritic scores may not reflect it, he has one of the strongest catalogs in music and he outdoes everyone, whether or not he puts out anything as a result.

I don't know why people are so anxious about the album dropping. Personally, I'm just sick of all the studio pictures since he's been doing that for the better part of almost 2 years now and there's still no album to speak of but besides that, I'm chill. He can take as long as he wants.

He'll drop and those who will like it will while those won't won't, but one thing will be for sure, they'll all listen.
