Absolutely, How Bout Now still rings off heavy. Iâll never forget hearing that song for the first time. I kept trying to Google and Google for the name and finally realized it was a bonus song.
You gotta be slow.
Riddim is derived from he word rhythm..normally used to describe the beat..
And I said both being on there is redundant. Unless you don't know what that means there is no way to argue that.
Just admit you're wrong. You tried to culture bait and you looking dumb.
You have to be slow. Riddim comes from ârhythmâ but we use it to say a song
As in âpull up the riddimâ / rewind the riddim
Youâre an idiot đ nobody says âthis has no riddimâ
You jump on a riddim.
Scary Hours getting screamed all through the versus when s*** got real
Jada said itâs time for scary hours
Lacks riddim though..literally my culture lol
!https://youtu.be/vRwfuUJo5RQBet you don't even know why i spelt rhythm that way lol.
Yall so smart yall dumb lol
One dance is a mix. So I can get why you wouldnât vibe w it. But to say controlla lacks anything is rel schupid.

Lol I didn't say they lacked anything. I said having both on the album was redundant. They served the same purpose.
Watching the lox vs dipset got me wanting drake to give us an ill boom bap rap track on clb
restore the feeling of 90s hip hop for the one time

Versus was flames
Drakes worst intro..
Controlla/one dance was redundancy
Some of Drakes most mediocre hooks (repetitive as hell)
Grammys is probably drake/futures worst song
Drakes most phoned in album lyrically.
Feel No Ways is the only 10/10 track
That's all I think of off the top of my head.
worst take on this site
âWhen you listen to it within the context of Views it doesn't reflect that same cohesivenessâ
I disagree, I donât think a lot of people realize that Views literally dives into the seasons of Toronto and how the sound changes. It starts off with winter & goes through the cycle of spring, summer, & returns to winter after the Summers Over Interlude.
Itâs brilliant which is why One Dance fits conceptually because itâs literally following another summer anthem in Controlla. After all, the album was titled âViews From The 6â & anyone whoâs from the city can feel the vibes.
That concept wasnât well executed. Besides the interlude and some skits at the beginning, thereâs nothing that truly sets that theme throughout the album. Just listen to the tracklist: sure, thereâs that sequence of controlla and one dance, but then come Grammys, a cold trap song, childs play (which is warmer but is not really a summer song), pop style (definitely another cold song) and finally, before the interlude, we have too good (which is a song that reflects that tropical summer vibe). Now, how does that sequence of songs show the theme of seasons in Toronto? In my opinion, it doesnât. It shows that Drake was working until the very last minute and had a whole bunch of songs, which he didnât want to cut, so he crammed them all within the tracklist.
On the other hand, if you listen to the lyrics on AH you can clearly follow the story of the album: The Weekndâs alone again, realizes itâs way too late for them in LA and that heâs been the hardest to love and escapes from LA, after that he goes back to his old ways and goes on a rampage and ends up on the back of a police car, with flashing lights. Next, he realizes his mistakes and goes through is blinded by the lights on his way back to his old girl. We then have songs that all transmit a theme related with eyes, when weeknd tries to win her back. He canât, time passes with the repeat after me interlude and then we get to the title track where Weeknd is finally 100% honest. On the outro, we are left with the question: did Weeknd kill himself?

This was my opinion of Views too. Understand his vision but the just of me not really enjoying it that much was the execution. Seemed all over the place.
Whereas NWTS/TC flows extremely well, NWTS especially. I trust CLB wonât have the Views issue.
