Yes, COVID has been unpredictable and trying to base resuming life around when it ends is dumb. Everyone and every business has now learned to adjust daily activities to its current existence.as long as the vaccine works against the disease, then this is easily predictable. thats it.

what does being a pharmacist have to do with anything? I'm studying to become a data scientist, that has more importance in this convo imo
a huge % of the ppl that get the first does get the second dose. we need around 80% vaxxed to get herd immunity, and it's going well. either way if the drake album drops this month, then the europe tour will be around 2nd quarter next year. by that time it's gonna be over for sure.
now canada is 100% guaranteed to be open in a month or so, america is little more tricky but it should open up soon too.

Once the vaccine was created we should’ve entered flu-type social behavior, I agree. Unfortunately, people were trained to be super scared last year so I think it’ll just take a little bit more time for most people to cool down.

I honestly think he ruined the hype for this album lol.
I also think there's something going on behind the scenes that's somewhat a big deal. He has been working on this album forever to the point where I doubt the music 'not being done' is the issue. He has absolutely never taken this type of time with anything, everyone who's watched his entire career knows he'd never just spend all this time indecisively working on a project. Seems like there's something else going on that is preventing him from being able to drop.
He’s dropping it close to when he can tour again. It’s that simple. Been that way since he announced it wasn’t coming in 2020

The issue isn’t lack of music in general, it’s the constant false claims about the music dropping and then absolutely no explanation for months after.
It moreso just effects the hype for the era. I’m sure the music will be fine but the whole lead up is kinda ruined.
The reason for the delay is COVID and there’s been no constant claims. He’s made 2 claims (Summer 2020 and January 2021)about the album dropping. Last summer was not only peak COVID pandemic but BLM protests which would be dumb asf to drop a project especially then. He said January and people acted like it was him announcing his retirement when he delayed it. Every other time you or any poster is thinking of was said by someone that wasn’t Drake. Drake fans have been getting fed for 3 years y’all just want to be informed about every move he makes and keep thinking “insider”= Drake.
