ASAKIDLDT literally dropped last year, I don't know why folks want to rush CLB so badly.
Let Drake take his time and put something out that he's content with. You waited this long, may as well wait a little more.
This has been my mindset about the album from jump. I'm sure even he is tired of working on the album but he's still going till he's satisfied with the end product yet (which is a great sign). This is the longest he's ever worked on an album (2019-2021). Niggas just need to let him be till he's ready to go.

If people don't fiend for your albums you aren't an elite, poppin artist. It's natural
Also DLDT was presented as loosies and leftovers. The excitement for albums is much more rightly so. Also Drake has contributed to people thinking it should've dropped. He's done 2 merch rollouts, 2 or 3 push backs loool

I didn't like DLDT much either, but that's exactly what I mean. If you want Drake to put out high-quality consistent albums, then he needs time to brainstorm, conceptualize, and work on songs.
Folks should be happy he's taking his time instead of throwing s*** out there just to fill up space.

Yeah, I can get that point of view about the pushbacks and delays. It comes with being a Ye fan
But as much as I want CLB to drop, I'd rather it take a few more months to finish up than for him to feel forced to drop something that just isn't gonna cut it for himself. That's all I'm saying

He most certainly added to people demanding for an album but fans would have done that regardless imo. DLDT dropped and people were demanding for an album months before he ever announced CLB. People were asking for new music as early as 2019. I remember people complaining that MITG/Omertà weren't enough in 2019 like he didn't just drop a 25-TRACK album like a year earlier. It's even worse when you realize that More Life dropped in 2017 (22 tracks), Views dropped in 2016 (20 tracks) and IYRTITL/WATTBA dropped in 2015 (17/11 tracks respectively). That's not even counting the features he did in each of those years.
Drake fans are just always never satisfied. It's a good thing in it's own way but I imagine that it's also tiring. I wonder what they'll do when Drake goes years without dropping music because he's busy with other stuff.

I dont even care about the pushbacks tbh. We’ve been well fed and atleast when drake pushes an album back he gives you records to hold you over. And also stays active with features

It happens with every big active artist. In my case I also never bump CD2 of Scorpion, so I always see it as one CD since I couldn't get into the other one.
I just hope it will drop before the end of summer like he said. One month left.
