Performance is honestly the only thing i’m worried about. I really have no idea how they’re gonna get a game that looks this good to run at a locked 60 without some compromises

I thought this game was gonna do a locked 30fps on consoles? PS5/Series X has been surprising people with its performance, remember, Baldurs Gate 3 is suppose to be running on max pc settings on PS5.

There’s a performance mode confirmed, I think it’ll be able to hit it just probably with downgrades to visual quality

Doesn’t really matter to me anyway i’ll probably do my first playthrough on the visuals mode, for my second playthrough it’d would be nice to have a decent performance mode though

Everything in the Deluxe edition is available separately right? Cause I may just start base game then buy dlc expansion later if its same 20$

2nd will be in performance mode (60fps).

Basically:
1st playthrough - Normal difficulty - 30fps
2nd - Hard - 60fps

I really hope Digital Foundry have a video up when the embargo drops today, it seems like most reviewers got a pc code. I’m really interested in what console performance is gonna be like.
