One one hand I think the Uncle Sam stuff is a watered down version of TPAB, including the same female vocals from that album (those girls interacting with kendrick on stage). But it doesn’t make a strong statement about America or any cohesive statement in the way TPAB did.
Then there is the game theme in regard to drake and being in a competitive rap battle, ending with game over.
The great American game theme is kind of a blur of these two things?
