I don’t really get why people are hung up this either lol A big aspect of opportunities like this is also to Introduce Kendrick’s music to new people. My mom had no clue who Kendrick was until she saw him perform at these award shows. It was his performance that intrigued her it didn’t matter that she didn’t necessarily know who he was before hand.
