Wait, I was wrong about the time. Instagram seems to use a 24-hour UTC clock so it was actually posted at 04:22 AM UTC on June 15th
datetime="2020-06-15T04:22:41.000Z"
Which means it was posted at 11:22 PM on the 14th in my timezone which is why it says it's from Sunday for me but this would seem to indicate it was posted on 12:22 Monday morning, about 30 minutes after Ak posted it to his story
