A better idea would be an album andre released around 2000, late 90's. the cover had a similar vibe to endtroducing by dj shadow. Andre wears his facemask, and a fedora. there's people al around him, walking everywhere, motion blurred. its at an airport or something.

The album was called "She's slick, she don't even keep her distance", but the title wasn't on the album cover.
The concept was something like Andre foreseeing covid or something, and obviously some girl doesn't practice social distancing. But that was my guess inside of the dream, when I saw the album
