What are some good African recipes I can make at home?
I made bobotie last year and honestly I hated it, I can't stomach meat and fruit together. Reminded me of mince pies

Depends on where in Africa you want to eat and your patience. For example for West African food:

    Easy:
    Pepper Kala (Liberian)
    Suya Beef (Nigerian)
    Fried plantain
Attieke & Fried Fish (Sierra Leone)

    Medium:
    Jollof Rice (Senegal)
    Yassa (Senegal)
    Peanut butter stew (Nigerian)

    Hard:
    Dry Rice (Liberian)
    Fufu & Eugsi (Nigerian)
    Waakye (Ghanaian)

Will never forget seeing a YouTube video of these Australian teens trying South African candy and the only black guy in the video started it off by saying "I didn't even know they had candy over there. I thought their kids just snacked on like leaves"

In a lot of West African stews, chicken / beef bouillon from the store is used to add flavor. Imagine creating your own bouillon cube to add even better flavor….

Y’all don’t see the vision yet but hopefully y’all will catch up one day
