ElricIf could only eat one food for the rest of my life it'd be Hispanic or maybe Japanese. Still alot i haven't tried tho. Been dying to try some African but we got no black folks in western Canada.

For example if the base ingredient for Jollof Rice is tomatoes and I import the best of what Italy or Spain has produced, then we get an entirely different and more flavorful Jollof.
Same thing with for a dish like Rogan Josh where I’m getting my meat from Japan or Argentina
