yes both combined, she ain't touching it
You realize that 25 sold more first week than Scorpion, CLB, Views, and NWTS combined?
You think she’s going from that to less than CLB alone?
it's 2021, cds are extinct and her s*** ain't getting streamed like that. wait and see

Extinct because they’re selling out
niggas really out here talking down on adele's ability to move weight....she lost a few pounds but she still thick out here in these music commerce streets
Extinct because they’re selling out
this dude is crazy
blatant trolling
i'm saying it, she ain't touching 1 million or even 600k
you just be hating
worst case scenario she doing 500k off physicals and 200k SEA
it's 2021, cds are extinct and her s*** ain't getting streamed like that. wait and see
Can't wait to quote u in 3-4 days

The industry had changed when 25 dropped.
The highest first week physicals ever, prior to 25, was N Sync, who did 2.4 million in 2000, when CD sales were peaking. That year, there were 5 other albums that also did a million in a week (Eminem, Britney Spears, Limp Bizkit, Backstreet Boys, and The Beatles). There were more single week platinum plaques handed out in 2000 alone than there were from 2010-2015.
To add perspective, Lil Wayne’s 2000 album Lights Out debuted with 205k- which put him at number 24 for the week.
CD’s sold in 2000. Adele beat that 15 year old record, set at the peak of CD sales, by a million copies. Album sales had dropped by 71% since that record was set, and Adele beat it by 40%.
She isn’t going to touch 25 numbers, but she’s almost definitely ending up with the biggest first week since 25.
that is not what the article says
that's a whole set up
this is a better wording:
it's what her label expects her to sell/the amount of physical copies that's been produced but based on streams idk if the demand is really that high. I think she'll do 850k-900k total (streaming + pure).
The actual prediction will come when HDD releases an article which they're strangely taking quite a long time with.
you do realize we in a new decade and the industry has changed? wait and see
You should take a ban bet.
If she does over a million, you should agree to let the mods ban you.
You seem pretty confident.
CD’s and Vinyls are always gonna worth a hundred times more then streaming.
Sooner you simple c***s get that in here, the better.
i thought it would've been quite high ngl. i didn't expect her to get carried by physicals
In b4 people try to use this as a way to knock her down next week loo
yea this album ain’t really built to break streaming numbers like that
but that’s not a bad thing of course
yes both combined, she ain't touching it
you're wildin for the 600k take but you might be right about not seeing 1 mill
I see her hitting 800k tbh i feel like everyone might be overestimating.

I think she'll do around 150k streaming, 700k pure.
what is your favourite song on this?
i think my favourite is love is a game
I don't understand why y'all care so much about streaming numbers
Adele always sells well, even though her music isn't always obvious radio music
what is your favourite song on this?
i think my favourite is love is a game
can't say yet
but love is a game reminds me of the typa song you hear at the end of a movie
