saw it at an adv screening a few weeks ago… thought it was a 7/10
got to read the script a year ago before leo made changes and it wasn’t much better
leo’s first non-classic film since j.edgar
still wildly entertaining but idk… i love adam mckay and i feel like if this was an hour 40 it could’ve been a classic

Damn this movie felt long even tho it was only technically 10 minutes over 2 hours.

It was coo, dragged in the 2nd act tho. Satire is a difficult thing to tackle and McKay just doesn’t have it. That Leo scene of him yelling on the tv show was too similar to “Network”

I think this woulda been better if tone wise he went more of the big short route rather than a satire.
