You don’t belong here
miles really gonna have to watch his uncle die again in universe 42
also who do y’all think would be more likely
to die in the final movie
Miguel O’Hara
Jefferson Davis
Rio Morales
Peter B Parker
feel like miles will still lose someone
Miguel with the sacrifice.
They could throw in a doozie and it be Miles mom tho but idk
Somebody gotta die tho
It got a lil racist there
They weren’t subtle
bro what. gwen and miles are made for each other. universe crossed lovers
she shoulda thought of that before she betrayed his ass
she shoulda thought of that before she betrayed his ass
she didnt betray him, she thought she was protecting him and his universe
Rewatched Into the Spider-verse and Across is definitely better. Peter B Parker does a lot of the legwork to make that movie as good as it is. But certain things, like Gwen, Kingpin, his parents, they don’t really get enough room to breathe. Pacing of Across is awesome. Also, in hindsight, Peter Porker no longer works for me. I’d be thrilled if John Mulaney never voices another cartoon.

yea it's kinda crazy how quaint "Into" seems now, considering how crazy it felt before Across dropped.
also wild we basically got a Miles Morales solo movie for the first half of this outside of the Gwen opening.
tbh though i might have to still say the pacing of "Into" is better. I started that joint for a couple minutes and blinked and the whole movie was over.
Gwen lowkey finished...
the way she said "i'll be back" to her dad before she left at the end i was like "yea she not coming back"
All these Superhero movies p**** out when it comes to killing off characters
I don’t know if killing her off would fit the tone they’ve set, but I’d appreciate the balls
@BRUNTZ come join spider society

ITSV killed Peter in the first 20 minutes
So I wouldn’t be too surprised if someone ends up dying in the 3rd film
I want 90’s Spidey & MTV Spidey cameos idc about anything else now tbh I’m already sold on this trilogy
movie ends with miles falling into the mcu played by the actor playing will in fresh prince
I accidentally clicked on this thread before the movie and I was so pissed when I read this
maybe miles saving his dad won’t effect the multiverse since he’s the original anomaly. Or he can dictate his own canon because he wasn’t meant to become spiderman in his universe
Okay this lived up to the hype y’all were saying
This movie was absolutely incredible. The animation to the story to the characters. Just everything was perfect man
Saw it in Dolby and man did it deliver
Saw Bullet Train last year as my 1st Dolby experience and was extremely underwhelmed. But MAN THIS DELIVERED
I def see how some said they didn’t like the end but I didn’t mind it and think it ended at a nice spot
Crazy they got a kids movie to be this artsy and deep lol
10 / 10 masterpiece
Seen someone in the general Across Spider Verse thread saying it didn’t feel like there was a 3rd act for this movie and it was just one big set up
I totally understand and I’m not gonna disagree
But I disagree lol
Yes this is Part 1 of 2 but I definitely felt like this was a “complete” story to me. The 3rd act was all the Spideys chasing Miles and then on the train. That was the last act
I definitely think this was an absolutely brilliant film and “brilliant” is not in my usual vocabulary lol
