-Runs a technology software agency.

-He lives in NJ, but was working in Paris. He flew in last night to clear his name.

-He said he would never doctor or fake recordings.

-He’s done work for Rocky.

-Relli wanted to boost his public image with articles from this case.

-He watched the case on Thursday. He said he’s a pretty private person, so when people lie on his name he gets upset.

-He said he made two recordings between himself and Relli in May and August of 2022.

-He said he made the recordings to protect himself because Relli called him numerous times.

-He gave those recordings to Rocky bc he felt they were “conversations he needed to hear”. The conversations were suspicious and “talked about monetary things”.
