Terrell "Relli" Ephron walked into court about ten minutes ago with his civil team, Benjamin Chew and Camille Vasquez.
They repped Johnny Depp in his defamation case against Amber Heard. He and his team were excused from the courtroom right before the judge asked the Defense whether the prop gun exists.
Judge Arnold’s parameters when it comes to the questioning of Terrell “Relli” Ephron during the Rocky trial
1. Relli is not to be asked any question that ask of him or accuse him of being a THIEF, LIAR, EXTORTIONIST, or any other derogatory term. He shall not be addressed as a liar, extortionist, or D*** DEALER. He can be asked about felony convictions involving moral turpitude but HE HAS NO FELONY CONVICTIONS.
2. The relationship between Relli and Rocky is fair game from the date of the shooting to the present.
3. Any statement (pre and post incident) re: Relli seeking money from Rocky is fair game.
4. Any personal contact between Relli and Rocky, pre-shooting till now, is fair game.
5. Voicemail and oral/written statements made to anyone by Relli is fair game. If there is a denial (by Relli), the recipient of the statement or voicemail must be available.
6. Recorded conversations are not admissible unless all parties agree to the recording.
Judge put a gag order on the attorneys in the Rocky trial (they can't publicly talk about the case)
Sergeant Tommy Zizzo got back on the stand. He is one of the officers who responded to the scene.
We spent time watching body cam footage of the officer inspecting the area.
There were seven (7) officers at the scene.
Sergeant Cook can be heard saying “there is NO EVIDENCE for now ... no victims as of now, unless he pops up in the hospital, probably just a WARNING SHOT”.

Her direct examination testimony:
1. She was on the 7th floor balcony of her apt.
2. She saw three people walking down Argyle toward Selma
3. They appeared to be arguing (she did not see a f*rearm at this time)
4. Someone appeared to grab someone.
5. The men ducked under the parking structure's roof
6. She could hear arguing
7. Next, the men were walking down Argyle toward Selma.
8. At Argyle and Selma, they turned left into a parking lot.
9. She saw them go into the parking lot. They appeared to have an altercation.
10. There appeared to be a gun drawn and someone appeared to be shot. People ran away.
11. The person with the gun was closer to the El Centro apartments than Selma.

17. That man appeared to jump back and pull a gun and fired twice. The other people dispersed very quickly - running away from Selma Ave.
18. The sound is what made her believe the triggerman discharged a weapon.
19. The guy in the black sweatshirt (black hoodie) shot the gun. She thinks he went North toward Vine after he fired.

6. Rocky was like a brother to him.
7. ASAP means Always Strive and Prosper.
8. He knows ASAP Illz (Illijah Ulanga) - an original member of ASAP. He had known him about 15 years prior to the incident. Their relationship was "pretty good" and he was a close friend" up until the incident".
9. He knows ASAP 12vvy (Jamel Phillips). He was never really cool with him. Relli, Jabari, Illz, and Rocky started A$AP.
10. He wasn't a rapper. He was a manager. His company was called Shut Eye.

14. On November 5th, he met Bari at Bari's home in Los Angeles.
15. While they were on their way back from the airport, Rocky called Bari. Bari, had the phone on SPEAKER.
16. Rocky was trying to get Bari to attend an event. Then Bari jokingly or sarcastically said "I see you got Illz and 12vy on your jet". Then Rocky randomly said "F that n*** Relli" and that he doesn't F with him because "he's mad emotional" and he doesn't like him. He followed with something like "Imma beat him up". Rocky didn't know Relli was in the car.
