2 tracks are on disc 2 separated and he explicitly stated it was 15 + 2 tracks for the album
Well he said it was 15 tracks for the album + 2 from the b side but it’s not clear what that means

The post comparing Cole to Joey was fairly spot-on tbf
With both acts they have fanbases who treat them as if the sole/main reference point for their sounds/styles, mostly because they do not go back & listen to 90s rap. People who recognise the Doom/Dilla/Madlib/Premier etc. production used on early Joey mixtapes solely from those mixtapes without any knowledge of those producers.
(Things get more negative from here onwards, no more Cole/Joey talk)
I think that's another reason why I hate stuff like Silk Sonic since the people who tend to rave about those revivalist/cosplay projects never go back and listen to the people who actually birth those sounds. It's like folks who hear a Inflo Cleo Sol beat but never go back to Soulquarians & hear the fully fleshed out version of that sound.had a date a couple weeks back where a really mid Cleo Sol song played in the bar & my date said it was one of her top 10 favourite songs ever & I was flabbergasted because it was so bland & formulaic compared to its inspirations. I enquired a bit more about her taste & she had no substantial knowledge of the forebearers.

Helicopter is cool I wasn't feeling Punk Rocky though. It deff comes down to personal taste and what I like from Rocky, obviously other people are loving that single
The only 2 other snippets I heard from the album (black Demarco and Don't be dumb) sound wicked good though so I'm definitely still interested at the very least

pretty much every major artist’s release gets geolocked
if it releases early in NZ or wherever, that just means the label didn’t give the artist a large budget for the album
