J Cole to me is the same as Joey Badass.

Sure, they aren't bad rappers. They say some real s***. There's just so many other rappers in the mainstream and underground who fill their lane of hip-hop I would much rather listen to over either. Rapping wise, production wise, and conceptually they are way more interesting, experimental, and all-around better.
