All he has to do is tease some new music and get on some features when the streaming numbers dip a bit. Then fans run back the discog until said music comes out but never does.

That's the one thing about it all that I don't understand. If he's cool with just dropping it whenever with little build up, then it wasn't really about the streams/numbers. So why bother we all these delays and pump fakes in the first place?
