lmaooo im itching about it myself. Superman vs The Authority?

Wait I just thought of something that I don’t get about this classic filmê

Superman at the start says take me home to krypto

Then he’s taken to the fortress. And the robots introduce themselves to him(?)

Had Superman been to the fortress before or was that his first time? Or had he been before but the robots weren’t active yet? I just realised I don’t get any of that

? Isn't it only Twelve that gets introduced and they specifically say that she's new.

It’ll either be Superman vs. The Authority or Superman & Supergirl.

I’m pretty sure that Authority movie is getting canned, they said they’ve been having trouble cracking the script, I could easily see them folding the ideas for that into a movie with Superman since they teased the group in this film with The Engineer.

And if it’s the latter, if Supergirl is as big a success as Superman is, I could see them wanting a sequel for that film as well. And what better way to give fans a sequel to both at the same time than just having it be a team-up film?

I have a feeling he’s writing the Crises movie. Maybe it doesn’t take much inspo from any of the comic crises but it will def be called “_ Crisis”

Rewatching the scene, it was this dialogue when they picked superman up that was making me think it was superman’s first time meeting them

To me that seemed like superman’s first time being introduced to them because surely he would’ve known everything he was being told if he had been there a lot. But I get it now that it for the audience to hear which is fine and fun too.

Yeah I think it’s more so for audience of course and maybe 4 is just a stubborn (complementary) robot where he just automatically says things like that when an emotional response of gratitude is said to them or something idk

This was a great movie. I definitely get the hype. This deserves all its success. Such a great message and something we need right now. If this is only the beginning of what James Gunn has in store for this next chapter of DC, I can’t wait to see more

Saying that, this movie still didn’t do anything with making me a Superman fan. He’s cool I guess but he’s just not an interesting character to me. I’d probably def watch a sequel but idk, this character does nothing for me

Having the a villain like General Zod could be interesting

This might be the most rewatchable movie of the year
