One of my fav shows. It genuinely felt like it had a total viewership base of 25 people by the end, but it was an award show darling for a lil bit for a reason. The writing and Rachel’s (and everyone els’s) ability to deliver it is really singular. Can’t really get that exact thing anywhere else on tv

Like if you were a Maisel fan, her as Lois is really one of the coolest castings in a big movie like this. Just a really clever call to think she’s right for the role. There are bits of Lois in there already

Haven’t seen it since it came out in theaters (I was 9) so this is basically a fresh watch

The intro before the opening credits was pretty cool lol

So it seems on Tuesday there is a social media embargo lift

Then a review embargo lift

Then fan/early screenings in the evening where there will be non critics/fans and audience reactions

So we will have a pretty good picture of how this movie will stand on Tuesday

Like there’s some merit to it. Spacey is good and so is Routh, but for a movie about Superman coming back to Earth after being absent, I would’ve liked to know what the world became like in his absence.

It doesn’t really have anything to say. It’s just Superman’s back, there’s conflict with Lois, and Lex wants to buy some land. I think the Airplane scene is an all timer Superman scene though. Probably the best sequence of the film.
