Yeah but it's not super huge lol, I am part of Indian movie circles online. I would say the only director who has a cult like presence over here is Nolan. Oppenheimer made over 15 million dollars here, which is crazy for a movie of that type (that too an American movie rather than a local one) and his re-releases sell out too, I saw a packed Interstellar show this year.
