Avengers is impressive for the novelty and sheer ambition of the film (at that time) but yea as an actual “film” it doesn’t hold up at all. Basically just the precursor to all the capeslop dropping today. Blade or Ang Lee’s Hulk belong in that spot

Once DC movies gain some trust back from the general audience yes lol easily. They just gotta have Superman be a good movie with good word of mouth. Then a sequel could definitely do 1B imo. Assume that would come after Worlds Finest also…
