Dude you don’t get it, it was part of a 7 movie arc where Superman is an a****** and bad for most of it then dead in the second movie then back again in the third. And we never see him be good until the end but it’s totally earned atp even though we barely ever saw him be his traditional Boy Scout self in the first place so his heel turn was totally unearned

Changing s*** just for the sake of changing it with no actually well thought out development or reasons besides super man = Jesus but also maybe not and also superheroes in the traditional s*** are lame I wanna see Batman kill people is stupid

If the movies had better writing you could maybe make an argument for that but also people don’t and didn’t resonate with that and didn’t want to see that idk

The death of Superman and the concept of doomsday had really one shot to be special on screen and he completely s*** the bed and wasted it in the second f***ing movie

You can honestly make BvS with a similar story outline by just making the f***ing animated movie’s take on it
All the keys were there he just showed no reverence to anything expect other known edgelord interpretations of these characters
