I mean he's screaming and s*** but Lex is intimidating by just standing around talking. But again I'm mentally pulling from the animated series and David Xanatos from Gargoyles. In succession he just comes off as a dweeb

I do think he's a great actor though

in relation to superman. i don't think he's necessarily ugly but the dude has no features at all that the comic-book, animated, or live-action superman have. visually I think most people would want to see something that they have seen all their life coming into this project.
