We are mere months away from the Third Annual Academy Awards in Posting Excellence (“The Posty’s”), and though the official date is yet to be announced there is undoubtedly a swell of buzz developing.

As you know, the Official MSCT has returned from The Coli with the advent of your new and much improved site. I say “much improved” with one caveat - it is near impossible to chronicle postings apart from manually browsing each thread page.

Because of this challenge, Posty nomination coverage for postings made by MSCT members since the KTT2 migration is very sparse. We simply do not have the resources to chronicle the best of MSCT’s postings in the current state of the site.

This is why I humbly request that a search function be added in some short time. Also, if it’s feasible within the scope of the aforementioned timeline, perhaps a “most-liked” post sorting feature for threads as well.

I understand in the modern 21st century site indexing is never the easiest thing to create. Thankfully with modern innovations within enterprise solutions indexing solutions are now available for your modern website as a PaaS model. My recommendation would be to simplify the data schema for how posting content is stored in the back-end. Then create a skeleton model for displaying search results. Finally index the content and create an end point which users can query. If any further assistance is required we are happy to consult and offer the first billed hour at a 50% discount.
