yup. when he started that whole "dropping incomplete albums and 'fixing' them" s***.
that's not to say it wasnt a good album, it was. but it was the worst kanye album to date at the time and felt like a compilation tape more than anything. he hasnt made a single album since that could shine a light to his cd - yeezus run.
