Imagine a world where game dev jobs are split into two & two people work 3 X 12 instead of one person being demolished working 6 X 12 (sometimes 6/7 X 12/14) during crunch

All jobs should be 24 hour jobs with rotating 12 hour shifts and open and running 24 hours per day

So much productivity, way more economic action generated, night shifters can access all business on their off nights because everything is still running, everyone gets 4 days/nights off a week

I wish. Work week should be 4 days.
Not 5. Weekends go by so fast. And you really only get 1 full day to yourself since on Sunday, you anticipate going back to work the next day, and generally need to go to bed earlier than on Friday
