5x4 (working from home)
4 x 10 is the easiest choice ever lol
Naw i hate working long days ill take a 5 8 easy
You doing 3x16s?!?! I'm doing 3x12
ain’t doing this hell nah but, I know people who did/do
I will say that a 3 day weekend is the sweet spot
We’re right there. We’re almost there, but we will never get it.
So I’d only definitively say 4x10 if the days off are together
The amount of time we have to spend at work is f***ing ridiculous
have casually heard the infamous "u see us more than ur own families" line in enough workplaces, enough times now that atp im numb to how fundamentally warped that is as an accepted way of life
4x10 is optimal imo. Not too long that it kills you and and three day break in between
Teacher take: there's so much bullshit filler in the average school curriculum that there's no reason we couldn't do 4x8, honestly. Lock in and that s*** would only take 60% as long.

The reason is childcare for low wage workers.

Very true. I worked for an after school program pre-covid and the fallout was evident in the community when that safety net disappeared months later.
Child care is treated like an expensive luxury in this country when it should be made affordable/free for everyone. There's a ton of fake concern when our birth rates tank, but let's be real: who would want to have a kid in this environment?
I work 4x12 then 4 days off and it’s goat
4/10 is such a no brainer it’s insane
On days where I get ot I do it all the time and it’s barely a difference, but a THIRD day off on weekend is a GAME CHANGER!

heartbreaking s*** tbh.
nannies/daycares asking for a full time salary as payment; which they very well should be ... but how are most people actually afford that?
shout out mamdami

Ironically the fake concern is corporations fear of losing low wage workers
