It would also be disingenuous of you to treat it like the beef was the sole reason for its success, and not because the music itself didn’t resonate with people strongly upon release.
If the beef alone was the main factor of success, then Drake wouldn’t be struggling so badly post beef with his music sticking beyond a week, with the noble exception of Nokia.
I think it wouldve done slighty less than mr morale if not for beef tbh. Kendrick wouldnt be irrelevant or anything though but he wouldnt be anywhere near as big.
