FREEYeah the reality is Bad Bunny is a nigga who came up off latin trap a offshoot of black American Hip Hop sun genres and got an AOTY before any of the originators ever got nominated and that's very crazy even if you're happy for him.
Hip Hop had its biggest most influential, commercial,acclaimed era without ever getting an AOTY and likely never will because frankly Hip Hop as a genre is on a decline in all those regards.
Hip Hop essentially hit one of the biggest peaks any genre has had since R&B in the early 1900s and and hit its decline with no AOTY wins.

but
that doesn't mean any recent rap album is AOTY level. A clipse AOTY grammy is not even gonna have the same impact or make up for all those classics that got snubbed
