so to answer seriously
I woke up 7:30a, stayed in bed until 8am
worked 8:00a-8:15a
started making coffee, paused coffee making
craved a croissant
went to the bakery
return home and ate coffee and croissant while going to my computer sometimes to respond to things
continued working until like 12:30ish, took breaks between doing odd chores around my apartment
reheated leftovers from restaurant
worked on and off for next hour
watched netflix for some time and made coffee again
worked and I don't remember how focused it was
I think I slacked off between 3:30p-4:00p
stopped working at 5p

I don't feel good about my workday because I didn't feel in control of it, and I'm an anxious person so that bothers me
