for grillin' i like to keep it simple. just 80/20 ground chuck loosely formed into maybe quarter pounders or third pounders some salt some pepper and grill until done, flipping once but quarter turning once on each side for the grill marks. add cheese if u want like a minute before its done so it melts
maybe some grilled onions or something too. i like just mustard and raw onion tho. maybe not even raw onion.
