I started out taking eighths but yea they can get intense

last trip was at The Art Institute in Chicago and walking around Millennium Park. the art, especially the impressionism exhibit, was f***ing amazing but way too many people around for my liking and Lollapalooza was going on so it was like a whole other species lol

gonna try to only do them meditating at home or out in nature and away from crowds from now on
