The “middle” for films has undoubtedly shrunk… you don’t get as many rom-coms, psychological thrillers or teen comedies, I’ll admit that but It’s not as bad as people make it out to be and on the craftspeople side these things are creating more jobs and more opportunities for other voices to be heard
