right, siakam was in the third year when he became a starter but once he was put into that role he was ready despite only playing 15 & 20 minutes off the bench his first two seasons which is what langford and neysmith are doing right now and you're acting like there's no way they'll ever grow into anything if that's what they keep doing with them.
