I am instantly turned off when the guy doesn’t take the initiative to pay on a date. I can’t help it. It’s not about the money because I got a good salary and I don’t care about the cost of the thing. I know it makes me come across shallow and gold-diggish but I can’t control how I feel about it.

I think it’s a cultural thing. Like in my culture people usually fight over things like paying the dinner bill. And when I take my parents or siblings out, I dont let them pay.

So am I wrong for basically cutting ties when people just because they don’t take initiative to pay on a date?
